“You will also be able to try our homemade products, such as salt made on-site from Kołobrzeg brine, fish pâté, sauerkraut, pickles and fermented vegetables, herrings in fresh brine, and our own cured meats. The dishes served in our restaurant will be prepared from scratch, just as in the old days, in accordance with culinary art and with respect for the ingredients. Thanks to our well-equipped kitchen and modern appliances, like the meat aging cabinet, we will also be able to season beef cuts for preparing steaks.”
