§1 Subject of the Regulations
  1. These regulations are order rules and, as such, define the rules applicable at the Juvena Hotel in Międzywodzie 72-415, at 4 Leśna Street - hereinafter referred to as the Hotel - and apply to all persons staying on the Hotel's premises.
  2. The regulations are publicly available on the hotel's website and can be inspected at the reception desk.
  3. The Hotel will refuse to provide services to persons who do not comply with these regulations.
§2 The hotel day
  1. A hotel room is rented for hotel days. Depending on the hotel, it can be rented for several days only as part of a stay package.
  2. A hotel day lasts from 4 p.m. on arrival day until 11 a.m. the following day.
  3. When renting a room, the Guest must specify the length of their stay at the hotel. Without such a specification, the room is assumed to have been rented for one hotel day.
  4. The Guest is obliged to report the desire to extend their stay in the room at the Hotel reception by 8 a.m. on the day the room rental period expires, which does not bind the Hotel.
  5. If the Guest remains or leaves things in the rented room after the hotel day ending the room rental period, the Hotel may charge the Guest a fee in the amount of the entire room price according to the Reception Price List - which does not mean extending the Guest's stay in the room.
  6. If it is not possible to extend the Guest's room rental, the Hotel staff will remove the Guest's belongings from the room immediately after the end of the hotel day. The storage of the Guest's belongings is regulated by §7 point 3.
§3 Registration for a stay at the Hotel
  1. The hotel accepts only persons who are at least twelve years old.
  2. The basis for registration for a stay at the hotel is the following:
    a) presenting an identity document to the receptionist in a way that allows for the data to be recorded,
    b) legibly fill in and sign the Guest Card.
  3. A person registering for a stay at the hotel must provide the reception with the number of people who will be staying in the room/rooms they rented, including the number and age of minors.
  4. The hotel collects payment for the rented room in advance, before the start of the stay. The person renting the room is obliged to pay the fee in advance. In circumstances justified by the hotel's interest, the hotel may waive the collection of payment in advance.
  5. To use a hotel credit granted by the hotel for the duration of the stay, the Guest must secure the credit at the reception by pre-authorising the payment card or making a cash deposit up to the amount due for the stay. The hotel may request that the person renting the room pay a deposit as security for any claims the hotel may have against the renter.
§4 Refusal to stay at a hotel refusal
  1. The Hotel will refuse to rent a room to a person:
    a) with whom there is a minor under the age of twelve;
    b) under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
    c) behaving contrary to the rules of social coexistence;
    d) displaying verbal or physical aggression.
    As well as to a person who has violated these Regulations during a previous stay.
  2. The Hotel will refuse to accept a person who refuses to:
    A. Fulfill the obligations specified in §3 points 2 and 3.
    B. Make a security deposit by credit card or cash.
  3. The Hotel will refuse to accept a minor without the written consent of their legal guardians to stay at the Hotel on their own, provided on the form of a declaration from the Hotel or notarized.
  4. As a result of refusing to accept a person for a stay, the Hotel will not register the person and will not issue a key to the room.
  5. In the case of a paid stay, the refusal of the person renting the room to undergo the activities described in § points 1 to 3 of the Regulations is treated as a unilateral withdrawal from the contract with the Hotel. The Hotel does not refund costs for unilateral withdrawal from the contract.
§5 Hotel stay

1. THE BREAKFAST
Breakfasts are served in the Maksym room of the Rosa Mare Restaurant, either as a self-service buffet or served to the table by waiters, depending on the Hotel. Breakfast served to the room is additionally payable according to the Reception Price List.
2. NIGHTTIME SILENCE AND PEACE OF REST
A. Nighttime silence applies in all areas of the Hotel building and on the premises from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
B. During nighttime silence, guests and persons using the Hotel's services are obliged to behave in a way that does not disturb other people's sleep.
C. Throughout the day and night, the behavior of Guests and other persons staying at the Hotel must not disturb the rest of the other Guests. The Hotel may refuse to continue providing services to persons who violate this rule.
3. THE PRESENCE OF OTHER PEOPLE
A. The Guest may not transfer the room to other people, even if the hotel day or stay he paid for has not expired.
B. Persons not registered for a stay at the Hotel may stay as guests in the hotel rooms from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
C. Staying in the room after 10 p.m. by a person not registered for a stay is equivalent to the Guest's expression of will to accommodate that person in the room for a fee, at a price equivalent to half of the full list price of the room.
4. MINORS
A. Minors over sixteen may stay in the Hotel on their own only and exclusively with the written consent of their legal guardians. B. Minors under thirteen may stay in the Hotel only under the constant care of their legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially and legally liable for damages caused by minors.
C. The Hotel applies the Minor Protection Standards in its daily operations. The standards are available on the Hotel's website and posted in the main entrance area, in a complete version and a shortened version intended for minors.
5. ROOM EQUIPMENT, GUEST LIABILITY
A. At the beginning of the stay, the Guest must familiarize themselves with the room equipment and report any damage or destruction to the Hotel Reception, enabling the Hotel to react.
B. Damage, destruction and shortages not reported at the beginning of the stay will be treated as caused by the Guest.
C. Apart from minor rearrangements of furniture and equipment, not compromising their functionality and safety of use, it is forbidden to:
a) take furniture, equipment and objects constituting the Hotel equipment out of the building;
b) take furniture, equipment and elements constituting the equipment of this room out of the hotel room;
c) change the location of furniture, equipment and elements of equipment both in the room and in common areas and spaces; d) bring and unfold in the room any furniture, equipment, accessories - not constituting standard room equipment, in particular: beds and travel cots, mattresses, playpens for children, prams, bicycles, scooters and other sports, tourist or recreational equipment.
D. In the event of a breach of the prohibition under point C: from a) to c) - the Guest will be charged the cost incurred by the Hotel to restore the original condition, using reasonable forces and means according to the Hotel; - d) the Guest will be charged a fee of half of the standard list price of the room for each commenced day in which the breach of the prohibition took place.
E. Before changing the furniture arrangement in the room, the Guest is obliged to ask the hotel reception for permission.
F. The Guest is entirely material and legally responsible for any damage to the Hotel's equipment or technical devices caused by them or people visiting them. The Hotel has the right to charge the Guest's payment card for damage caused by the Guest after their departure.
G. The Guest is obliged to notify the Reception of the occurrence of damage immediately after noticing it.
H. When leaving the room, the Guest is obliged to turn off the TV, turn off the light, close the water taps, close the windows, balcony doors and room doors and ensure they are closed.
I. The Hotel is not liable for any damage or loss of the Guest's belongings resulting from failure to comply with the recommendations in point H.
6. NON-SMOKING HOTEL
A. All hotel interiors are for non-smoking. Therefore, in all rooms and spaces in the hotel, including windows, rooms and bathrooms, there is an absolute ban on smoking tobacco products, e-cigarettes and the like.
B. If it is necessary to air the room, do extra laundry, clean the equipment - the hotel will add PLN 700 to the Guest's bill for this work.
7. ABOVE-STANDARD CLEANING
If, as a result of the Guest's action or failure to act, it is necessary to perform above-standard cleaning of the room, bathroom, or other space in the Hotel or on its premises or to use above-standard tools, materials, or cleaning agents, the Hotel will charge the Guest for the costs of such cleaning.
8. FIRE SAFETY
For fire safety reasons, any form of open flame is prohibited anywhere inside the building, as well as any devices that are not standard room equipment, with the exception of chargers and power supplies for electronic equipment.
9. "DO NOT DISTURB" DOOR HANGER
The "Do Not Disturb" sign is a courtesy sign and does not bind the Hotel. Hanging the sign on the corridor side does not prevent any staff from entering the Guest's room. The Hotel Staff has the right to enter the hotel room at any time for any purpose, including checking the safety of people or property or carrying out maintenance or repairs.
10. LIABILITY FOR GUESTS' THINGS
The Hotel's liability for loss or damage to items brought into the Hotel by the guest is regulated by the provisions of Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code. The Hotel's liability is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception. The Hotel has the right to refuse to accept money, securities and valuable items for safekeeping, in particular, valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, if they pose a threat to safety or are of too great value compared to the or standard of the Hotel or take up too much space.
11. SHORTENING THE STAY
If the Guest shortens their stay at the Hotel, the Hotel will not refund any costs resulting from unilateral withdrawal from the contract.

§6 Zones and rooms regulations

Due to safety, hygiene, and risk elimination requirements, the behavior of guests in selected spaces, zones, and rooms is determined by the housekeeping regulations of these places, which are components of these Hotel Regulations.

§7 Lost and founds
  1. Items left in the room after the Guest leaves will be handled by the Hotel in accordance with the Guest's instructions expressed in the Guest Card completed at the beginning of the stay.
  2. An item left in the room to which the Guest's decision applies —the regulations on lost and found items apply—may be sent by the Hotel to the address indicated by the Guest, at his expense.
  3. Regarding the Guest's items removed from the room per §2 point 6 of the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, articles 835-845, shall apply: storage agreement.
§7 Vehicles
  1. The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss to a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest parked in unattended paid or free parking spaces at the hotel building (Art. 846. par. four civil code).
  2. The hotel is also not responsible for items left in a car or other vehicle parked in the hotel car park.
§8 Other provisions
  1. On days of unusual events at the Juvena Hotel and on its premises, the Hotel reserves the right to restrict the Guests' freedom of movement and use of the Hotel's offer due to the Guests' safety.
  2. The Hotel does not provide currency exchange services. It may accept payment in the currency at the rate shown in the table at the reception and only in the currency shown.
  3. On the Hotel's areas and the premises belonging to the Hotel, the following is prohibited:
    a) prohibition of acquisition, mobile and occasional sale,
    b) gambling activities.
  4. It is strictly forbidden to bring animals into restaurants and recreation areas, except for guide dogs, which can be brought after showing the dog's certificate.
  5. Weapons, ammunition, flammable, pyrotechnic, explosive, illuminating, and other dangerous materials are forbidden in the Hotel.
  6. The "Price list of equipment and reconstructions" supplements these regulations and is available at the Hotel's Reception upon request.
