We invite you to training sessions with Kasia – a passionate about EMS training and many other unusual activities she is happy to talk about. Registration for training is required at the spa reception.

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) is an innovative training method that uses electrical impulses to induce controlled muscle contractions. EMS training allows for the activation of all muscle groups simultaneously, including deep muscles that are harder to strengthen during conventional training.

Fundamentals of Holistic Prevention

Mgr Magdalena Zając-Pyrzewska - an experienced holistic body and mind mentor, fitness instructor, coach, manager, and also a specialist in Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). Ms. Magda is passionate about health prevention, a win-win relationship strategist, and an entrepreneur running her own business with many years of experience.

She combines broad knowledge in sports, psychology, emotion management, economics, physical activity, and personal development, creating a comprehensive approach to health and everyday harmony.

Thanks to her experience in individual work and leading workshops, she helps her clients discover their inner resources, effectively implement changes and build lasting self-confidence in line with their potential.

She specializes in health prevention, conscious management of one's potential, and achieving psychophysical balance. Working with her offers the opportunity for development in both body and mind, with an emphasis on balance and long-term personal growth.
